We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind you can exchange (No returns) most unused or unwanted items purchased online from YooSales, as long as you have your receipt or proof of purchase.

Excluded change of mind items
Please choose carefully when purchasing merchandise designated as a Sale item as change of mind will not be accepted. Subject to availability, an exchange for an identical item (same style, model etc) may be provided.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Delivered large electrical, Big & Bulky items, Furniture or Mattresses
